Nicole

Nicole Onuszkanycz is the ballet director at Dancers Inc. She teaches Ballet, Pointe, Rhythm & Rhyme, Intro To Dance and choreographs for the Performance Teams. Nicole is also the director for our annual production of The Nutcracker. Nicole’s love for the art of ballet blossomed when she was a small child, receiving her training from Community Ballet in Huntsville. While at Community Ballet, Nicole received instruction from well-known master teachers such as Shamil Yugudin (Bolshoi Ballet) and Mira Popovich (Birmingham Southern College). Nicole has danced leading roles with the Huntsville Ballet Company in their annual production of The Nutcracker, Romeo and Juliet,Les Sylphides, Les Patineurs, and La Bayadaire among others. While living in Georgia, Nicole was selected to apprentice with the Georgia Ballet for their 1999-2000 season. Nicole is certified to teach by Dance Masters of America and has completed 1 year of DMA Teacher Training School in Buffalo, NY. While at TTS Nicole participated in a ballet intensive with master teacher Judy Rice (The Joffrey Ballet). Nicole has taught throughout the North Alabama and Atlanta, GA areas and has choreographed for several local church productions. Nicole lives in Madison with her husband Nicholas, their daughter Ameilia and thier dog Heidi.
